UNIFORM HOTLINE
 
Uniforms will be distributed at the Team Parent meeting on August  23rd at Palms Park 12305 207th St.  Lakewood.  

If you need to order additional uniforms for your team please call 864-1336 or e-mail me at uniforms@ayso106.org (please note “uniforms” in subject line or your e-mail will not be opened). Note division, color, and coach’s name and please leave a return phone number.  

Exchanges for shorts can be made if necessary. Jersey’s cannot be exchanged so please distribute uniforms according to size not number preference.
 
To reduce confusion - only one person per team should manage uniform requests.
